Coach or Manage: Help Us Shape Young Athletes!

Strathmore Soccer thrives because of dedicated parents like you. Our program is a parent-coach-led initiative, meaning we rely on volunteers to fill essential roles as coaches and team managers.

Each team needs two coaches (Head and Assistant) and a Team Manager. This ensures every child gets the attention and guidance they deserve.

New to coaching? No problem! We're committed to your success. You'll complete required training, and Strathmore Soccer will fully reimburse all your coach training expenses after just two seasons of volunteering. We want you to grow with our players!

Plus, you'll get access to our Coach Manual App, a fantastic resource packed with age-appropriate training activities, clear instructions, and even video demonstrations. You'll have everything you need to lead engaging practices.
