Strathmore Soccer Grassroots U9 Full Season

Give your child the best start in soccer with Strathmore Soccer's Grassroots U9 program! We follow Canada Soccer Association Grassroots Standards, ensuring a fun, safe, and skill-building environment based on global best practices. Our priority is to provide an accessible, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate experience for every child.

Make a Real Difference: Coach Youth Soccer in Strathmore!

Our youth soccer program thrives because of parent volunteer coaches like you. This is more than just teaching kicks; it's about creating a nurturing space where kids grow, develop, and build confidence on and off the field.

New to coaching? No problem! You'll meet Canada Soccer Grassroots Standards, and we'll fully reimburse your coaching course expenses after two seasons. You're the heart of this program, and you won't coach alone—our Junior Coaches provide fantastic support.

Coaching youth is incredibly rewarding. Imagine the joy of watching a child score their first goal, master a new skill, or simply light up on the field thanks to your guidance. You'll directly contribute to the positive development of kids right here in Strathmore.

Program Details

Our 20-week full season offers 40 engaging sessions, with two per week, split before and after Christmas.

Alternatively, our 10-week half season offers 20 engaging sessions. Either 10 weeks after Christmas or 10 weeks after Christmas.

• Practices: Held on Tuesdays (time TBD) at the Strathmore Motor Products Sports Center soccer field.
• Fall Sessions (10 weeks):
• September 30
• October 7, 14, 21, 28
• November 4, 18, 25
• December 2, 9
• Winter Sessions (10 weeks):
• January 6, 13, 20, 27
• February 3, 10, 24
• March 3, 10, 17
• Games: Played on Saturdays (time TBD) at the Strathmore Motor Products Sports Center.

• October 4, 18, 25
• November 1, 8, 15, 22, 29
• December 6, 13
• Winter Sessions (10 weeks):
• January 10, 17, 24, 31
• February 7, 21, 28
• March 7, 14, 21

Fees

• Full Season (20 Weeks): $570 (includes a full-season discount) -a payment plan is an option at the time of checkout
• Half Season (10 Weeks): $360 (includes a half-season discount)
• Late Registration Fee: An additional $50 will apply after September 30.

Jersey Information

All players must wear a Light Blue Strathmore Soccer Jersey. You can reuse a jersey from previous seasons or purchase a new one for $25 plus GST.
