REFUND POLICY: by registering your player in SSA programming, you are recognizing you have read and accepted the following:
If Strathmore Soccer cancels a Team, or a program, a full or partial refund will be issued based on the how long the program had ran prior to the cancellation.
Withdrawal from the program prior to registration deadline will be subject to a non-refundable 20% administrative fee.
Withdrawal from the program the day of or after the registration deadline, no refunds will be issued, except for medical reasons and will require a doctor’s note.
Medical refunds will be pro-rated based on the season remaining (any participant expense such as uniforms, insurance costs, etc., will be deducted from the pro-rated fee).
If CMSA Cancels a team, a game, or a league, we fall under CMSA's refund policy for all funds sent to register with in the CMSA Team League, Strathmore Soccer Association has no control over how these funds are refunded or distributed.
Cancelations:
If Strathmore Soccer is required to cancel a session due to safety such as road closures or incremental weather, those sessions will not be made up as they are events out of the clubs control. If Strathmore Soccer cancels a session for reasons such as not having enough coaches, then we will make every effort to remake that session, however this might not always be the case.
